14-Year-Old Girl Set To Earn A PhD After Bagging Master’s Degree In Science And Engineering

An Intelligent girl, Dorothy Jean Tillman has joined the league of youngest persons to achieve this great feat after she earned her Master’s degree from Unity College in Maine United States at the age of 14.

Dorothy hails from Chicago, United States and she has had an outstanding academic journey from when she was a kid. She started talking at 8 months old and started doing math at the age of 4.

At age 9 and 10, she attended high school and earned an Associate degree in Psychology at the College of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois.

Dorothy went on to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Excelsior College in Albany, New York at the age of 12.

At the age of 14, Dorothy went on to pursue her Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Sustainable Engineering from Unity College which make her one of the youngest persons in the world to achieve this great feat.

She said that her grandmother was a great support to her as she helped her gain interest in STEM and engineering. She said she would buy her various magazines and books on the topic and this led her to joining the engineering and coding enrichment programs as a child.
