This is to inform all students who are interested in getting space in the hostel for next session (2020/2021) to collect hostel allocation from the Hall Administrators and fill.
The distribution of the forms will commence on Thursday, 1st July 2021 by 10.00 am in the various hostels.
Interested students should therefore meet Hall Administrators for collection
- Student must present their Identity cards for the collection of the form
- If you know that you don’t need accommodation, please do not collect the form. If anybody is found selling or trading of bed space in whatever way, he/she will face appropriate sanctions and disciplinary action.
- For fresh Level 1 and Direct Entry Level 2 students, their forms will be distributed at a later date.
Also, students that the University has planned to carry out some repair work in the Students Hostel during the session break.
Students are therefore instructed to leave the hostel immediately after the exams or at most one week after the last examination.
Students are also required to go along with all their belongings while leaving the school. Any property seen left behind will be considered as unwanted and will be handled as such.
