Established in 1991, it is located in the Yau Ma Tei district of Kowloon East, Hong Kong. Continuing Scholarship Scheme was awarded to 118 students, who are enrolled in a first-degree program. The scheme offers bursaries worth HK$4,000 to students whose family income does not exceed HK$120,000.
