City University of Hong Kong Scholarships Now Ongoing:The City University of Hong Kong (Abbreviated CUHK) is a public research university. Established in 1991, it is located in the Yau Ma Tei district of Kowloon East, Hong Kong. Undergraduate scholarships worth HK$902,500 were awarded to 704 students, who appear on the Dean’s List each semester. Undergraduate scholarships were also extended to participants in the Student Academic Support Programme and recipients of the City University of Hong Kong Awards for Excellence in Research and Creative Works.

Continuing Scholarship Scheme was awarded to 118 students, who are enrolled in a first-degree program. The scheme offers bursaries worth HK$4,000 to students whose family income does not exceed HK$120,000. Students interested in continuing their studies at the City University of Hong Kong need to apply for continuing entry with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.0 out of 5.0 by January 31 of every academic year (prospective entering students are required to submit the application form at least one month before February 1).

  • A filled-in application form (available in the admission office or on the website)
  • A nonrefundable fee of HKD500 (approximately USD$64).
  • One passport photo.
