The Doshisha University admission process this year has been announced! Doshisha University is one of the few universities in Japan which does not require you to go through assessment tests for admission, as it evaluates your school records.

Doshisha University is located in Kyoto and offers a wide range of courses for international students. The University has undertaken efforts to establish English programs, and English language courses are offered to non-Japanese students. This school accepts foreign students from high schools as well.

Doshisha University has established a good relationship with many high schools in the United States, and there are joint programs in which study abroad trips are taken, as well as sports events and activities which encourage the exchange of cultures.

Admissions in Doshisha

The University also strives to offer higher-level education by accepting only students who have a high school graduation certificate (Shitsugakko), and students who have completed university education are not allowed to apply.
