IMSU Medical Students Protest After Spending 11-Years in School

Imo State University College of Medicine is currently trending on twitter with the hashtag #Saveimsuth, after medical students of the institution took to the social media platform to protest their prolonged stay in medical school.

According to the students, they are in their Final year class and have officially spent eleven years in the institution and with no hope of graduating anytime soon.

The Medical students expressed their frustration and cried out for help after news of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria withdrawing accreditation to the institution broke out. This will mean that no graduation will take place, and all existing students will have to start afresh.
