There are 3 stages of this competition.
The first stage: This will be done on the [mPulse] website and is open to all students in Nigeria who are between 9 and 15 years of age.
The second stage: The top (100) will be from the first round and the students will be invited for the alternate round of the competition which will also be done on the mPulse website as well.
The third stage: The Competition grand finale will be done online through live videotape conferencing.

- The Interested candidates for the Spelling Bee Competition [2021/2022] must meet the required conditions:
- They must be boys and girls in primary and secondary schools in Nigeria who are between 9 and 15 years old as at 13th September 2021.
- Both genders must be resident in Nigeria.
