- You must be a Nigerian by birth
- You must be between the ages of 18 to 35 years

- You must be medically fit and must have a certified medical report from any government hospitals.
- You must not be less than 1.7 meters in height for males and 1.64 meters for females

- You must be free from hard drugs or narcotics
