Nigerian Man Gives Scholarship To Orphan Who Passed His Exams With 12 A’s

The brilliant boy identified as Ogabo Isaiah, who scored 12 A’s and one ‘B’ in his termly examination has been awarded a full time scholarship by a kind Nigerian man named, Smith Akom Takema.

Announcing the scholarship offer on Facebook, Smith Akom Takema, narrated;


“Free Fish Festival (FFF) has taken the responsibility to fund the school fees of a less privileged child by name Ogabo Isaiah, a very brilliant primary 3 pupil of Kings Nursery and Primary School Okpoga, Benue state till he graduate from Primary school.
“This became necessary when Mr Terver Lim made a post concerning the child which drew the attention of FFF convener, Hon. Smith Akom Smith Akôm Takema  to the plight of the primary school pupil who is on a verge of dropping out of school due to paucity of funds and negligence from his father.
“The organization was made to understand that the child lost his mother due to excessive bleeding after his delivery and the father abandoned him with his grandmother who past away sometime ago, he is currently staying with his aunt who finds it difficult to pay his school fees hence she is a peasant farmer.
“As part of the organizations corporate responsibility through educational intervention where students were registered for Jamb across the 23 local government areas of the state recently, the gesture has been extended to Master Isaiah who’s school fees will be paid by FFF till he graduate from Primary School.
“All payments will be channelled to Mr Terver Lim to reach out to the school.
