2. Acceptance Fee Receipt
3. UTME JAMB Result
4. OOU Post UTME Result
5. O’level Result
6. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
7. Certificate of Origin (not compulsory)
8. Tax clearance Or N10,000
9. JAMB Admission Letter
