This is a Singapore Government approved PhD Degree program for International students from any part of the world. Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarships for young leaders
The National Graduate Institute for Policy studies hosts this scholarship every year to exceptionally qualified candidates who have been accepted. The scholarships are given on a competitive basis. International candidates have to be recommended by a Japanese Embassy or Consulate or an Authority.
Level of Study
Masters in Public Administration or Public Policy.
The Scholarship covers the living expenses, provides a monthly stipend of about 242,000 Yen per month, and covers insurance and medical treatments. It also covers the application fee and admission fee plus tuition.
Requirements;
A minimum of three years working experience in related field is a prerequisite, applicants should be under the age of 40 years as of October 1, English proficiency score of 79 or equivalent IELTS score of 6.0.
