Taiwan is a country that thrives on its economy, still being able to allow those with a great work ethic who want better opportunities. Taiwan’s government might be changing some aspects of this program that can help provide more scholarships in the future, but people from all over will still find ways to get an education without needing the help of this scholarship program.
