The Nigerian Navy has announced the list of successful candidates who made it during the DSSC screening and this list is for those that will be taking part in the Nigerian Navy training which is for a period of nine months.

Although the Nigerian Navy is yet to shortlist the name of the candidates who were successful in their Recruitment Aptitude test that was taken in 2021.
This Nigerian Navy DSSC list is for those that are joining the Nigerian Navy as a graduate. The list is on the official website of the Nigerian Navy so visit www.joinnigeriannavy.com/ to get more information.
In the previous information released on the website, the recent batch of the successful candidates were expected to report for training at the Nigerian Naval College, Onne, Port Harcourt on Wednesday March 24, 2022.
Successful candidates going for the Nigerian Navy training are expected to go with the following:
- Original and photocopies of:
- Duly completed registration form
- National Identity Card
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government Origin
- First School Leaving Certificate
- Senior Secondary School Certificate (WAEC, NECO)
- Degree Certificate from a recognized tertiary institution
- Certificate of registration with professional bodies
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate
- Federal Ministry of Education authentication of foreign certificates if you studied outside Nigeria
- COIVD-19 test result obtained not more than 48 hours before reporting for training
- Two recent coloured passport-size photographs.
- Two pairs of white round neck t-shirts (unmarked)
- Two pairs of white shorts
- Two pairs of white trousers
- One pair of black trousers
- Two white long sleeved shirts and two white polo shirts
- Two pairs of blue shorts and white vests (singlets)
- One black belt
- Two pairs of white canvas shoes
- Two pairs of white socks
- One pair of black cover shoes
- Two white bed sheets and pillow cases for 3*6 bed
- Ten bottles of hand sanitizers
- Five set of white washable face masks
- A treated mosquito net
- A white towel
- Black polish, shaving kit and toiletries
- One black lounge suit
The female candidates are to come with the following in addition to the ones we mentioned above
- Two pairs of trousers suits
- One pair of black low-heeled cover shoe
- Other sanitary wears
- Two long black skirts
- Two pairs of black or blue short tights.
The candidates are given deadline for reporting to the training ground and for the successful applicants that are to report to training on March 24, 2022, they have until Saturday, March 27, 2022 by 6pm to report to training or they will not be accepted.
