Young Lady Celebrates As She Bags Bachelor’s Degree From UK University While Nursing Her New-Born Twins
Meet Kay Shanice a 23-year-old lady from the United Kingdom who just bagged her Bachelor’s degree after she dropped out due to pregnancy and retuned as a nursing mother of twin boys.
Kay Shanice earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and she said that she had to drop out of the university after getting pregnant at the age of 19 but this didn’t stop her from completing her educational journey.
After she gave birth to the twin boys, she decided to re-enroll in university to earn her degree. At the age of 23, she finally graduated from one of the universities in the United Kingdom with a degree in psychology.
In her words on twitter, she wrote “4 years ago I dropped out of university because I got pregnant. In 2 days I will have completed my psychology degree, whilst being a full time mum to these crazy boys.”
She added that she couldn’t wait for the next chapter of their lives. She has expressed her happiness in being successful even with focusing on both parental duties and academics at the same time.
